New from Ecumaster, this is their top-of-the-line ECU meant to compete with the best of them. With the most configurable software we've used, there's not a lot it can't do or control. Custom CAN Bus communications, outputs, inputs, tables axis, user tables, logging, the list goes on. If you've used and enjoyed the PMU or ADU software, this has many of the same functionality, math channels, tables, PIDs, CAN, timer's etc packaged in an ECU. While the software can see daunting at first, the sheer lack of limitation is addicting. The firmware is constantly being updated for new features, Motorsport, engine trigger patterns, pre-defined CAN and recently support for Direct Injection was added. See the Change log here


The Pro 8 can run up to an 8 cylinder engine sequentially or a 12 cylinder in batch. It can handle  dual knock, dual wideband O2 controllers, 4 EGT inputs, 500hz logging, dual CAN bus' and dual DBW.

Packed with a ton of Inputs and Outputs with user configurable pull up resistors, AMP Super seal 1.0 connectors and the same protections as the Black and Classic, wiring these is dreamy.

Overview

The EMU PRO is a stand-alone engine management system aimed at bringing a comprehensive professional motorsport feature set and vast tuning possibilities to both professionals and the DIY market. It offers precise powertrain control coupled with the ultimate flexibility to adapt the engine calibrations for the most demanding projects. EMU PRO 8 is targeted at builds with smaller (up to 8 cylinders) engines, or setups that do not need additional I/O built in.

  • Advanced fueling model including closed-loop short- and long-term trim algorithms combined with fuel film model gives exceptional accuracy of injectors control.           
  • The software is designed to give the user unprecedented flexibility of configuration of strategies. The user may adjust the size of all tables in the software and the channels used on each table axis. Bins values on the X and Y axis can be changed too, which increases the accuracy of the table readouts in non-linear parts of the described model.         
  • Flexible system with custom functions, numbers, CAN inputs and CAN exports, well known from Power Management Unit (PMU) and Advanced Display Unit (ADU).
